OWNERSHIP OF THIS WEB SITE, CONTENT, AND USE OF THE WEB SITE:
This web site is owned and operated by PSC. All elements of the site, including the content and the general design, are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and any other US and international laws or treaties relating to intellectual property. All articles and photographic images on the PSC website are the copyrighted © works of the individual authors, or photographers, and may not be used, copied, edited, reproduced, or transmitted in any form in any medium without the express written permission of the individual copyright holder.  All rights reserved.  All images, including photographic images and related text, captions, or informational materials (hereafter referred to as “the Images”) are provided for viewing purposes only. PSC’s web site permits visitors to view and search for Images. You may not use the Images in any manner other than to browse and search the Images. You may not download or make any other use of any Image on this web site.

The PSC Newsletter “Contact Sheet” may be downloaded from this Web site for personal use only. Any use of Images or PSC Newsletter not expressly authorized by PSC violates copyright, trademark, rights of publicity or privacy, or other laws.

PSC provides links to external web sites as a convenience to our members and for informational purposes only.  The linked sites are not under PSC’s control and PSC is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. PSC is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site. You acknowledge that PSC provides the links to You only as a convenience and it does not endorse the linked sites or their use or contents.  While we do our best to select sites that will be most useful for our members and visitors, the PSC bears no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or content of external web sites or for that of subsequent links.

PSC. We follow generally accepted industry standards to help protect your personal information. While PSC strives to protect Your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.  If a password is used to protect Your account and personal information, it is Your responsibility to keep Your password confidential.

PSC utilizes the services of PayPal®  to receive payment for annual club dues and participation in our annual SCIPE competition.   PSC is not responsible for transactions conducted once You are on the PayPal® web site.

MISCELLANEOUS:
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement contains all the terms of the Agreement between PSC and You. PSC reserves the right to alter, modify or update these terms of use at any time and You agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates. PSC encourages You to review this policy whenever you visit the web site. 

JURISDICTION AND ATTORNEY’S FEES:  By accessing this website You agree that in the event any legal action is brought against PSC for any reason, the action will be brought in the courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee.  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to any conflict of laws principles.  You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such court and waive any right You might otherwise have to claim lack of personal jurisdiction or inconvenience of the forum.  If PSC is caused to present claims or suit as a result of any breach of the above terms set forth, it shall be made whole for such reasonable legal fees or costs by You.
